We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR and eager to learn and develop their skills. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, company events, and administrative support.
Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:
- Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Onboarding:
- Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all documents are completed accurately.
- Assist with orientation sessions for new employees.
Employee Relations:
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Support the HR Manager with various projects and tasks as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Workplace Arrangement
In-person collaboration is a key aspect of Blue Marble's work culture. This role has been designated as hybrid, with three days a week expected at corporate headquarters in Ashland, Oregon. This arrangement allows for a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work flexibility.
