In this position, you will assist the business owner with outreach to referral sources and partner organizations that are the primary sources of leads. You will coordinate with the business owner to assess leads and finalize sales contracts. You will be expected to attain a base knowledge of Estate Sales operations by participating in staging, pricing, and sales events. You will be expected to be self-directing in terms of your work schedule, demonstrate strong customer service skills, and communicate effectively with other company staff.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with referral sources
- Develop and maintain ongoing business relationships with partnering organizations
- Maintain a shared database of referral sources, leads, and contracts awarded
- Maintain and regularly update the company’s social media presence
- Monitor telephone, e-mail, and social media for incoming referrals; triage calls and schedule consultations
