Job Description:
Blue Mountain Fence LLC is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. We are looking for a highly organized individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain an organized front desk and reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other office-related paperwork.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support office staff with clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Personable and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
