Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and managing daily operations of the location, ensuring that excellent service is consistently delivered to all clients.
- Managing staff and communicating daily schedule/package specials clients have.
- Manage key business operations such as but not limited to: answer phone/take appointments, take payments, make reservations, help keep spa clean.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe environment for employees, and clients with a positive attitude.
- Leading and encouraging employee engagement by remaining active in social media campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- Have a strong customer service orientation and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and direct manager.
- Possess excellent leadership and influencer skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff and help maintain a strong team culture.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Possess the ability to identify and solve problems, set goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities, and effectively interact with and lead staff.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
