Successful Cabin Rental Management Company seeking charismatic individual to assist in our Reservations and Guest Services Department.
- Applicants need to have a strong customer service background and be flexible for various duties daily.
- All Applicants must be comfortable working in an office environment, as well as have basic computer and phone skills, provide proof of positive job history, offer references that are both personal and professional, and have a strong work ethic. Integrity is of utmost importance for this position, and strong Moral Character is key to maintaining longevity with the company.
- The Reservations and Guest Services Department covers many aspects of property management including, but not limited to, assisting in the day to day management of all activities for 350 plus investment properties, guest care, managing the sales and guest services floors, managing call volume, and more.
- The person chosen for this position will work daily with company management to improve not only the services offered for investment property owners but understand the importance of all aspects of the company in relation to guest and customer satisfaction. This individual will be required to develop and coach their own team to meet sales goals and guest relation goals. They will also be responsible for motivating, monitoring, and overseeing that the company policies are implemented. Our company and this department is fast paced and has high standards for growth and future planning therefore a highly motivated and dedicated individual will be best suited for this type of environment. This position will be full time and will require weekend and night hours.
