Key Responsibilities
Reservation & Booking Management
- Coordinate and secure accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services based on client needs.

- Ensure accuracy in all travel details and provide timely confirmations to clients.
Customer Service & Support
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve booking-related issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and proactive service.
Travel Coordination
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and supplier offerings.
