What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Blue Nami Group?
• Baking/Prepping breads, pastries, any new item the bakery may come up with
• Stocking and organizing items ordered from vendors
• Being able to lift a MINIMUM of 25lbs.
• Clean all equipment/utensils/floor/tools daily
• Organize all bread & pastry related materials in the walk-in cooler/freezer and storage area
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the back of the house, the walk-in cooler/freezer, and the storage area
• Maintain professional appearance at all times (clean and well-groomed)
• Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
• Be on time to all scheduled shifts
