What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant (MA) position at Blue Ocean Dermatology?
Blue Ocean Dermatology is continuing it's growth!! We are in search of a dynamic, detail oriented and hard working individual, ready to make a strong commitment, to join our team.
Although certification is preferred, it is not required and we are willing to train and certify the right candidate who demonstrates compassion and commitment.
As an employee with Blue Ocean Dermatology, you:
- should be able to work at a fast pace, multi-task and have a strong attention to detail
- must have the ability to work within our electronic health record and be comfortable using an iPad
- will assist in all aspects of patient care; including prescriptions, biopsies, excisions, sterilizing instruments, superficial radiation therapy, laser, cosmetics, authorizations and more
- will receive thorough training
- uniforms are provided after completion of 90 days of employment
- 90 Day performance evaluation
