We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity/IAM Senior Delivery Manager with 20 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise customers and delivering complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in IAM/PAM technologies and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale IAM/PAM projects, ensuring successful completion within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Partner closely with the Executive Account Manager and Sr. Technical Lead to develop delivery strategies, pursue new business opportunities and ensure successful program execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance on IAM/PAM initiatives, roadmaps, and implementation best practices.
- Manage the adoption of industry standards and frameworks for IAM/PAM solution delivery.
- Lead technical teams in deploying, configuring, and integrating IAM/PAM solutions, including CyberArk, HashiCorp, SailPoint, and Microsoft Entra (Azure) ID/AD.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Conduct workshops and discussions to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership to ensure solutions meet organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
- Mentor and manage delivery teams, conducting performance reviews and identifying opportunities for upskilling.
- Develop resource plans to optimize team performance and project delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Create strategic roadmaps to enhance IAM/PAM maturity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in IAM/PAM and broader cybersecurity domains.
- Manage multi-vendor environments and facilitate seamless integration of additional security tools and technologies.
- Coordinate and lead major incident management calls, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to define operational strategies based on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics (CSAT).
- Monitor delivery processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Required certifications: At least one of the following: CISM / CISSP
- Preferred certifications: PMP / PRINCE2
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
