Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the marine industry. Hospitality management is also a plus.
• Strong yacht knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
