- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute events, including banquets and special functions.
- Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing transactions, and generating reports.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry or related field.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
