As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, you will lead the development and execution of our manufacturing, supply chain, testing, and repair software product strategy. Your role will be crucial in ensuring Blue Origin’s systems operate flawlessly, adhering strictly to regulatory standards like AS9100 and ISO-9001. You will establish and drive a multi-year strategic product roadmap, efficiently implementing innovative solutions that align with our mission. Reporting to the head of software development for Blue Origin, you will resolve priorities and lead a best-in-industry product management team, ensuring the seamless integration of software platforms across the value chain.

Responsibilities :

• Own and drive the vision and development of a world-class software platform for Blue Origin Operational Execution from Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test, Flight, and Refurbishment.
• Successfully build a strong team, leverage research and insights, develop a bold vision, work closely with peers and partners across Blue Origin, and guide your team to deliver.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure delivery of the product meets the business need and adoption is monitored and measured.
• Balance short-term wins for functionality with long-term success as Blue Origin’s product offerings continue to evolve.
• Drive and develop an aggressive but achievable software vision and roadmap.
• Ensure every delivery has key metrics that drive the business forward.
• Develop and leverage partnerships across organizations.
• Serve as a key influencer across the business.
• Build a world-class product management team.
• Lead cross-functional teams - engineering, design, research, science, and other partner teams to deliver the right projects on time.
• Role is national with the opportunity to be international. Expectation for travel under 25%, but willingness to travel required.
