We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary Executive Director (ED) of Product Management – AI/ML to lead the development and execution of our AI and machine learning product strategy. This executive will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering cutting-edge AI/ML-driven products that drive innovation, enhance customer experiences, and create business value. The ED of Product Management will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive AI/ML product roadmap aligned with the company’s long-term vision and market trends.
- Leadership & Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI/ML product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Product Development & Execution: Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams to develop AI/ML-driven products, ensuring successful product launches and continuous improvements.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to gather insights, prioritize features, and optimize AI/ML solutions for business impact.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop effective launch strategies, positioning, and messaging for AI/ML products.
- AI Governance & Ethical Considerations: Ensure that AI/ML initiatives comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI principles.
- Financial & Performance Metrics: Define key product success metrics, drive performance tracking, and ensure ROI on AI/ML investments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering/computer science is a must. Education in AI/ML, Data Science, a plus.
- Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML product leadership roles. The candidate must have successfully released AI/ML capabilities to customers.
- Engineering and Software Development experience is a must.
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles is a must.
- Deep understanding and practice of Agile methodology, SCRUM, KanBan, is a must.
- Understanding Design first principles of User Research and UxD led product development a must.
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data science, and their application in real-world business scenarios.
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and scaling AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Technical & Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex AI/ML capabilities into customer-centric products with clear business value.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to influence and align executives, engineers, customers, and external partners.
- Agility & Innovation: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong ability to pivot and adapt to market needs.
