Responsibilities
As a member of the Product Development team, this individual will play a key role in the design, development, and launch of new investment products. Responsibilities will include:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Product Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product concepts, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end product development process, including timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation and reports for internal review and regulatory submissions.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support and training to client-facing teams, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to successfully promote new products.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of launched products, recommending enhancements and adjustments as needed.
To be successful in this role, applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in financial services or asset management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
