Responsibilities
- Lead the continued development of Blue Owl’s data analytics capability.
- Monitor data quality across the organization and aid in the evaluation of data quality tools and monitoring systems.
- Lead the internal initiative to develop a comprehensive data catalog and data glossary.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization and third-party vendors to normalize and consolidate information.
- Set and enforce standards related to data quality.
- Participate in ad hoc projects related to reporting and process optimization.
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in complex systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organized, analytical.
- 6-10 years of work experience in financial services or an adjacent industry, preferably on cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data pipelines / ETL.
- Working knowledge of financial instruments, fund accounting, and performance calculations.
- BS in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Information Sciences or a comparably technical field.
- Demonstrable understanding of data management principles and governance best practices.
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques and statistical analysis of data.
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Excel, ETL, and BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Some Python background preferred.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
