The Role
Global Private Wealth Marketing is responsible for driving awareness of the Blue Owl brand and product offerings with financial advisors and high-net worth clients, generating leads for sales to deepen market share and grow adoption of Blue Owl strategies, and supporting fundraising initiatives globally. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Advisor Engagement & Activation Lead to develop and execute a compelling content strategy for Blue Owl Private Wealth events globally across major industry events, distribution partner conferences, and Blue Owl-hosted proprietary events. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the private wealth channel, strong project management skills, and the ability to bring key strategic priorities to life with compelling event programming.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with Blue Owl Private Wealth's business objectives and enhances advisor engagement.
- Identify key industry events, partner conferences, and opportunities for proprietary events to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications
It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000 to $200,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
