Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Recruiter with a strong sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier real estate agents who align with Blue Pebble Homes' mission of client-centric service and innovation. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and recruit high-potential real estate agents through various sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, industry events, and online platforms. Teal
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and culture.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and familiar with Blue Pebble Homes' systems and values.
- Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new agents, covering sales techniques, market analysis, compliance, and Blue Pebble Homes' unique value proposition. Teal
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales.
- Licensing: Active Colorado Real Estate License preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; familiarity with online job posting tools; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
