What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Blue Penguin Car Wash?
Responsible for overseeing activities of the car wash team to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will make sure mechanical operations are running smoothly from pay kiosks to the mechanical room, and customer vacuum area. Will be trained to correct issues as they arise. Duties include managing and training staff, responding to customer, and company emails, maintaining inventory and ordering, conducting safety training, and holding staff meetings.
