Qualifications:
- 2 years of similar work experience
- Minimum of 1 Year of recent experience with QuickBooks
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations ensuring proper handling of transactions
- Routine bookkeeping including maintaining the general ledger, managing A/R & A/P
- Participate in improving internal controls, policies, procedures and documentation
- Paying vendors by scheduling checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credits
- Responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Customer billing and collection
- Maintain accounts receivable files and records
- This position performs office duties such as answering phone calls, filing, and data input, and undertakes special tasks as assigned.
- The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
