Qualifications
- 7-10 years of hands-on social media agency experience
- Paid social media strategy, planning and buying
- Natural leader with the ability to articulate strategies thoughtfully and to the point
- Strong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting the daily operations and management of campaigns
- Proven experience managing a team of direct reports
- Strong quantitative, analysis, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to make recommendations of statistically significant data sets
- Utilizes industry knowledge and experience
- Mom, Family, and Kid Experience a Plus
Responsibilities
- Join us as the Associate Director of Paid Social Media, where you'll be at the helm of crafting and executing dynamic strategies, plans, and buys for our portfolio of consumer-facing clients
- Dive into the world of innovative paid social campaigns and cutting-edge social analytics
- In this role, you'll lead a tight talented team, fostering development while providing visionary thought leadership
- Bring your creative ideas and social media expertise to the table to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships
- Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace, and help our clients understand how they can be leveraged to help their brands
- Write, develop, and present social media plans and client-facing presentation decks
- Train junior employees on the back-end management of paid social programs across networks such as Facebook/IG, TikTok
- Create POVs and thought leadership showcasing your/BPMS's knowledge in the social space
- Develop a deep understanding of client brands and communicate how paid social media will provide a benefit to their audiences
- Manage team of media analysts, helping them grow/develop into expert social media marketers
- Partner with team to create and define measurement plans
- Assist predictive analytics of social media
- Ensure social team is using best-in-class tools by staying on top of shifts in market and toolsets
- Leverage social media tools to develop strategies and analyze competition and audience segments
- Connect social media with other platforms in the mix, including search (paid and organic)
- Create social media campaigns that provide a benefit to the audiences our clients are targeting
- Familiarity with regulated industries and how social media can be utilized within the regulations
- Stay up to date on the use of social media in the kid, mom and family space
- Work alongside creative and PR agencies to adjust tactical messaging
- Utilize social analytics tools to analyze content promotion efforts and adjust strategies as needed
- Create new and innovative ways for clients to engage brands
