Clutch is looking for an Associate Director of Paid Social for an agency client of ours.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute integrated paid social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Lead the planning and buying process, optimizing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering their professional development.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in paid social media.
- Develop and present compelling client presentations that demonstrate campaign value and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, PR, analytics) to ensure integrated campaign success.
