We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and scheduling
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all event requirements are met
- Help prepare event materials, including presentations, signage, and promotional items
- Assist in managing event budgets and ensure financial guidelines are followed
- Set up and oversee event execution, including overseeing logistics and ensuring timelines are met
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the event
- Provide post-event support, including follow-up communications and feedback collection

- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
