As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive experience for all visitors, clients, and team members by handling inquiries, managing schedules, and maintaining the front desk's smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office or facility.
- Provide information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Address and resolve basic inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, including logging visitor information and issuing access badges.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or customer service is a plus.
