We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing and managing small projects and implemetation of new clients, playing a key role in ensuring goals are achieved on time.
Responsibilities :
- Manage project schedules and create project plans with timelines and milestones
- Plan and implement project plans
- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes and objectives
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule.
- Ensure deadlines and milestones are met
- Prepare project status reports, meeting notes and maintain project documentation
- Develop mitigation strategies and monitor for emerging issues
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Quality control
