What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist / Client Services Representative position at Blue Ridge Animal Clinic?
Receptionist / Client Services needed for a mixed animal practice in Lexington, VA. Approx 30-35 hours a week. Applicant should have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and have previous reception experience. Applicant should be multi-tasker, organized, friendly, motivated, and detail oriented. Candidate must be able to work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Receptionists will interact with clients in person as well as over the phone. Experience working with Windows based PC's and general computer knowledge is required. Knowlege of the veterinary field /animal husbandry is helpful but not required.
