Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., a leading distributor of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in Central and Southwest Virginia, is looking for a full-time Print Shop Specialist to help grow our business at our Waynesboro office.
Print Shop Specialist is responsible for the design, production, and management of all printed materials to support marketing and promotional efforts for On and Off-Premise accounts. Oversees the operation of wide-format specialty printers and ensures all materials adhere to supplier standards and brand guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Design / Create and print promotional materials such as banners, posters, display headers, display cards, window statics, base wraps, and table tents for On and Off-Premise accounts.
- Produce printed materials for special events, including event banners and posters.
- Generate and print rebate forms as provided by management and suppliers.
- Download and print price tags using CoolerTags software.
- Design and print inserts and stickers for tap handles, as needed.
- Stay current with and download digital Point-of-Sale (P.O.S.) materials provided by suppliers for all promotional categories.
- Maintain all print shop equipment, including wide-format printers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, replacing ink, toner, maintenance tanks, rolls of paper, and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of printing supplies, conducting a monthly inventory check and submitting supply reports to management.
- Prepare and submit a monthly supply needs list for approval and ordering within the designated budget.
- Track and enter monthly expenditures by supplier, Account Manager, and general print shop costs into Excel reports submitted to management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of design principles, including a portfolio of design work.
- Demonstrated experience with layout and design manipulation.
- Proficiency in design and layout software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand compliance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic Excel skills for tracking budgets and expenses.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in graphic design, print technology or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 year of demonstrated experience in printing operations, digital print production operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience operating wide-format printers and digital printing equipment.
