Blue Ridge Bus Sales, Inc. is a brand-new bus dealership in Greeneville, TN, specializing in shuttle buses, mobility-equipped wheelchair vans, and specialty vehicles (such as; mobile medical units, mobile classrooms, prisoner transport vehicles, mobile shower units, and custom specialty trailers. If it needs to move, we can do it!)
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join our team and be a key part of growing this business.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Promote and Sell! You’ll be a hands-on salesperson, actively working leads, closing deals, and driving revenue.
✔ Develop and implement sales strategies to target the right customers and maximize conversions.
✔ Become an expert in the transportation and specialty vehicle industry.
✔ Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships.
✔ Work a Monday-Friday schedule (very few, if any, weekends required).
✔ Sell a diverse lineup of vehicles, including:
- Shuttle Buses
- Mobility-equipped wheelchair vans
- Specialty vehicles & trailers, such as:
- Mobile medical units
- Mobile classrooms
- Prisoner transport vehicles
- Mobile shower units
- And more—if it’s a specialty vehicle, we can help customers build it!

What We Offer:
- First-year earnings expected at $75,000 , with year two expected to double, and year three to exceed that with no earnings cap!
- Base salary of $650/week plus commission:
- 12% of Commissionable Net Profit (CNP) on your sales
