Key Responsibilities :

Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align project goals and expectations.
Oversee quality control, ensuring work meets project specifications and standards.
Track and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Prepare daily reports, document progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a superintendent in concrete construction.
Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage crews and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
