Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or personal assistant is preferred.
- Proficient in managing phone systems
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
