What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Development Manager position at Blue River Services?
Housing Development Manager is responsible for maintaining an organized filing system of housing documentation, processing rent payments, and reporting financial transactions to fiscal. This role involves verifying tenant income eligibility, calculating rents during move-in and recertification, and monitoring late payments. Additionally, the coordinator researches potential funding opportunities and evaluates their feasibility for assigned properties.
Education requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited school.
One year experience working in a position requiring excellent customer service or human relations skills.
Monday- Friday 8:00 am -4:00 pm
