Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking highly skilled Non-Clinical Case Managers to support the medical readiness of the Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG). This role involves tracking soldier medical records, coordinating medical board cases, and ensuring compliance with military medical readiness standards. This is an on-site role and is contingent upon contract award.
In this role, you will:
- Track and manage soldier medical records (STRs) in MHS-Genesis, MODS, MEDCHART, and PRT.
- Log and follow up on medical profiles, treatment plans, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with medical board processes (MEB, MAR2, NDR-PEB).
- Monitor MEDPROS to ensure soldiers meet MRC 1 or 2 readiness status.
- Coordinate medical and dental appointments for soldiers.
- Support PHA events one weekend per month as required.
- Communicate with soldiers, medical professionals, and unit leadership.
A successful candidate must have:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in healthcare administration, public health, or related field).
- 1 years of experience in medical case management, healthcare administration, or military medical systems.
- Familiarity with military medical readiness databases such as MHS-Genesis, MODS, MEDCHART, and PRT.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to travel as needed for official military events.
- Must be willing to work one weekend per month to support PHA events.
