Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Lead Case Manager (LCM) to oversee non-clinical case management services for the Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG) in Cheyenne, WY. This role involves managing a team of case managers, ensuring medical readiness compliance, tracking cases, and coordinating medical administrative functions. This is an on-site role and is contingent upon contract award.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary POC for all contract personnel, ensuring performance aligns with the contract scope.
- Provide oversight in non-clinical case management planning, medical records management, and tracking medical readiness classification (MRC) status of soldiers.
- Ensure compliance with medical board processes, physical health assessments (PHA), and medical risk analysis.
- Maintain detailed records and update various military medical databases (MHS-Genesis, MODS, MEDCHART, PRT).
- Work directly with military leadership to track, monitor, and improve medical readiness.
- Support weekend PHA events (one weekend per month) as required.
- Manage documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Privacy Act regulations.
A successful candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in healthcare administration, public health, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in case management, medical administration, or military healthcare systems.
- Knowledge of military medical readiness systems and databases.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Proficiency in using government systems such as MODS, MEDCHART, and MHS-Genesis.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to travel as needed for official military events.
- Must be willing to work one weekend per month to support PHA events.
