Job Summary
Core Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Site Lead Case Manager to oversee the Non-Clinical Case Management team supporting the Wyoming Army National Guard’s (WYARNG) G-1 Medical Team. This role requires a strong leader with experience in medical case management, team coordination, and military medical readiness programs. The Site Lead will be responsible for managing case managers, tracking performance metrics, ensuring compliance with Army medical standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for government representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract personnel, providing guidance and leadership.
- Ensure contract performance meets or exceeds PWS requirements, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and provide oversight to the non-clinical case management team, ensuring team members are effectively supported.
- Provide administrative support in areas such as medical records management, PHA event planning, and medical board completion.
- Track and analyze case management data, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Conduct patient risk analysis and provide health service support to the Wyoming Army National Guard.
- Maintain and manage a personal caseload while balancing oversight responsibilities for the team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the following web-based electronic data systems to track and manage the medical readiness of service members:
- MHS-Genesis
- Medical Operational Data System (MODS)
- MEDCHART
- Paper Records Tracking (PRT)
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in case management or medical administration preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate with Soldiers, medical personnel, and leadership.
- Military experience is preferred.
- Experience working with military medical readiness programs is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of MODS, MEDCHART, PRT, and MHS-Genesis is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Soldiers, medical personnel, and leadership.
- MUST PASS A GOVERNMENT-LEVEL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work during normal duty hours, weekends, and military events as required.

- Effective leadership and management of the Non-Clinical Case Management team.
- Proactive problem-solving and issue resolution to support mission success.
- Accurate and timely entry of medical readiness data.
- Proper maintenance and security of Soldier Treatment Records.
- Effective case management ensuring Soldiers meet medical readiness requirements.
- Compliance with all Army regulations and administrative standards.
Work Hours & Compensation
- Work Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends as required.
- Work Schedule: 80-hour biweekly schedule, including one weekend per month.
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
