Role Overview:
Support the Director of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and staff on HR policies
- Oversee benefits administration and annual enrollment process
- Maintain HR systems, personnel records, and compliance documentation
- Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees
- Conduct compensation analysis and support the annual review process
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning and organizational development
Requirements:
- 3 years progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience in Payroll Systems
- Proven project management and analytical abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
