Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management role
- Strong knowledge of HR systems; Experience with Paylocity a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
