What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Analyst position at Blue Sage Solutions LLC?
The Sr. Business Analyst provides support for Blue Sage Solutions (BSS) customers with the goal of efficiently and satisfactorily deploying the BSS platform. The Senior Business Analyst is the primary gatherer of requirements and systems troubleshooting for project software implementation and product enhancement. The ideal candidate would possess mortgage lending experience in either sales or operations for at least 3 or more years and evolve to a role in conducting business analysis used to support delivering software solutions for industry specific initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve on implementations projects fulfilling client driven tasks required to instruct software solution execution and deliveries
- Gather and translate business requirements from both BSS external clients and BSS internal departments
- Create and maintain functional, configurable, User Interface (UI), and other technical documentation or specifications
- Apply software development lifecycle methods of problem-solving and solutioning
- Identify impact areas of risks, constraints, and gap for in and out-of-scope functionality and workflows.
- Operate within the confines of organizational project software delivery release schedules
- Support system configuration and data base management
- Analyze, design, and document viable product software solutions
- Facilitate client functional demonstrations and learning development.
- Support and partner with other internal project roles to build and manage vendor-client relationships.
- Organize and manage time sensitive tasks or deliverables needed to support Development and Quality Assurance teams.
- Support other various internal departments or operational roles to manage product enhancement and innovation.
