As a Sales Representative for Blue Science Pools, your focus will be partnering with and serving our clients in fiberglass pool installation, pool renovation, pool remodeling, and gunite pool installation . You will work closely with our clients to ensure that every detail of their pool installation aligns with their vision. Warm leads generated by a powerful marketing engine will be provided on a daily basis for you to pursue and convert to satisfied Blue Science customers and ultimately, sales revenue.

This position will be remote but servicing Houston-area clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their pool and backyard needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations. Conduct thorough site evaluations to assess space availability and potential opportunities.
- Deliver project proposals, detailed pricing estimates and presentation materials. Clearly articulate the proposed project scope, design concepts, and value proposition to clients during on-site interactions with clients
- Must be willing and able to overcome customer objections; sales skills are necessary!
- Coordinate with field staff to make sure your promises to the customer are kept!
- Complete additional daily and weekly administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Pool Sales preferred but not required. A minimum of three years of demonstrated success in B2C sales, with experience in selling high dollar items (e.g., cars, houses, renovations) highly desirable.
- Be a listener who is service minded.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong presentation abilities, and a client-centric approach.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, coupled with a competitive nature and a drive for success.
- Ability to visualize finished construction projects and convey design concepts effectively to clients.
- Professionalism, integrity, positive attitude, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma / GED
- College degree preferred but not required

Compensation

- $80,000 - $200,000 in potential earnings
