What are the responsibilities and job description for the Provider Coordinator - Special Education Services position at Blue Sea Educational Consulting, Inc.?

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and placing experienced special education providers with appropriate cases based on IEP mandates. You will utilize your strong communication and organizational skills to establish and maintain contact with providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and place service providers with appropriate cases timely and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with Providers to ensure compliance, promote growth, and maintain high standards
- Understand Provider strengths and weakness for case placements
- Track and report performance data
- Manage provider details and regularly update as needed
- Manage tasks and projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking skills
- Positive, energetic, and confident attitude required
- Experience in Special Education highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
