Your RoleThe Survey Analytics team is responsible for supporting analytics tied to internal and external key programs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Digital Satisfaction, Call Center Satisfaction, Interactive Response Satisfaction, Mock Medicare CMS and Forrester. The Medical Informatics Analyst, Consultant will report to the Senior Manager, Medical Informatics. In this role you will support survey programs such as NPS, CAHPS, STAR Ratings, and MSAT, providing actionable insights through statistical analysis, topic modeling, trend identification and reporting.This role is strategically crafted to focus 70% on analytics and 30% on reporting, with direct engagement with the Member Experience team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for improving member health outcomes through data and analytics, actively engaging with stakeholders to frame business problems, recommend analytic frameworks, and deliver impactful, high-quality solutions.
