Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading global manufacturer in the plastic packaging industry. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on high-speed packaging and injection molding equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Respond to machine alarms and production downtime issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in maintenance for injection molding, high-speed packaging, or manufacturing machinery.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and machine shop equipment.
