RF Hardware Engineer
Our client is a prominent innovator in wireless communication solutions. They are hiring a RF Hardware Engineer to contribute to the design and development of wireless products, RF circuits, and signal processing components.
This role is centered on developing advanced solutions for both traditional and software-defined radio systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PCBA design and troubleshooting, with the ability to address design challenges across the full product lifecycle. This position reports directly to the Chief Engineer.

Focus :
Design and develop RF circuits and subsystems in alignment with technical requirements and industry standards.
Create detailed design documentation, including schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Ensure designs are compliant with FCC regulations, EMI standards, and other relevant industry certifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support project objectives.
Conduct or oversee laboratory testing using tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators (VSG), vector signal analyzers (VSA), and vector network analyzers (VNA).
Manage and prioritize multiple projects while identifying and addressing potential obstacles.
Provide support to manufacturing, testing, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate with third-party services for certification and compliance testing (e.g., FCC).
Skill Set :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 4 years of proven experience in RF product design and development.
Proven expertise in designing analog and RF circuits up to 1GHz.
Strong understanding of communication theory, modulation techniques, and RF design principles (e.g., impedance matching, tuned circuits, filters, and microstrip / stripline circuits).
Proficient in utilizing advanced RF testing instruments for analysis and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of electrical and environmental design standards and compliance with FCC, EMI, and related regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Skilled in developing FPGA firmware and programming microcontrollers / DSPs using languages such as VHDL, Verilog, C / C , and assembly.
Familiarity with networking protocols, including 802.11, GPS, and Ethernet.
Experience with certification processes and standards (e.g., FCC Parts 2, 15, 90, and ETSI).
