Compensation Package
- Starting pay $18 / hr for a few days while you are doing a working interview. Once you are out of training you can earn up to $25 / hr.
- Raises and bonuses are NOT based on how long you've been with us. It's based on how productive you are and how proud you are of your work really. It's almost always true that a person proud of their work is going to make more money than others. Your pay increases as your pride increases
- We pay OT over 40 hours
- Winter work is available
- We will specifically train you in creating and building amazing water features
- We offer landscaping seminars and we will pay for your fertilizing applicator's license and schooling
What Does Your Day Look Like :
As our landscape installer, you will have the exciting opportunity to bring your skills and creativity to a variety of projects. You will build custom waterfalls with boulders, assemble fountains, and construct beautiful ponds that will transform our clients' outdoor spaces. Not only that, but you'll also install landscape and waterfall lighting, and add the finishing touches with mulch, rock, metal, and natural edging. With your keen eye for beauty, you'll install a range of plants that will thrive in each unique environment. And if that wasn't enough, you'll even build retaining walls and patios! Plus, with the opportunity to operate a mini skid loader, truck, dump trailer, and various landscaping tools like a transit, sod cutter, and saw, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and make a real impact on every project.
