Responsibilities
- Install and maintain water treatment systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct water quality tests and analyze results to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their water treatment systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in water treatment technology.
Requirements
- Previous experience in water treatment or related field preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
