About the Front Office Manager position
We are looking for a responsible Front office manager who will be in charge of our reception area and valet departments, acting as our company's 'face' and ensuring our visitors are properly welcomed. Your duties will also include coordination of all front desk activities.

- Scheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel including receptionists, security guards and call center agents

- Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
