Responsibilities
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate health insurance plans tailored to their needs.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.

- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and client follow-ups.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and ACA plans is an advantage.
