POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced Broker Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations projects within the broker Sales, Marketing and Operations team to execute processes and elevated administrative tasks to achieve company goals. Furthermore, the Broker Account Executive will be responsible for implementing new resources and systems to maximize our results. The ideal candidate must have negotiation, sales, project management, interpersonal and analytical skills. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Provides ongoing Broker Training and Development
  • Nurtures broker relationships and engagement
  • Identifies growth strategies and market opportunities
  • Help and supervise agent’s grassroots marketing efforts
  • Support Marketing team with goals and planning
  • Organize Operations Department needs and performance accordingly
  • Effectively confirming events, meetings, trainings with operations team
  • Verify sales goals, quality control, processes and compliance measurements
  • Support independent agents with product and marketing questions as needed
  • In charge of new agent recruiting process and interviews
  • Increases Sales goals through effective marketing activities
  • Handles contracts paperwork, documentation and all CMS compliance elements
  • Provides strategies for market development and product expansion

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Healthsherpa, Sunfire, Connecture, Notion,
  • Canva, and other relevant platforms
  • Understands CMS rules and regulations for Medicaid, Medicare and ACA
  • Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College or Associates degree preferred
  • 215 Health/Life Insurance License preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a administrative roll
  • 3 years in a marketing grassroots roll
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Negotiation and sales skills
  • Proficiency with software such as Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary range $60K - $70K a year based on experience
  • Commissions, incentives and bonus structure

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
