Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options, including Medicare Advantage and ACA plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.
