Our mission is to offer the community accessible care that embraces the power of natural healing. We are looking for a motivated, team player to provide administrative support. Duties:
- Provide administrative management to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Perform data entry, filing, and general office tasks
-Checking insurance benefits and follow up with insurance claims
- Follow up with patients regarding patient care, appointments, and insurance
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Computer literacy with proficiency in typing
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Ability to provide coverage on the weekends as needed is preferred.
