We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor to join our team on a fee-for-service basis. We are looking for team members that have their own caseload. In this role, you will provide critical support to individuals with mental health challenges, helping them develop the skills and strategies necessary for independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to address clients' specific mental health needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on skill development, goal setting, and independent living.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, family members, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in psychiatric rehabilitation or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Compensation:
This is a fee-for-service position. Compensation will be based on the number of clients served and services provided.
