We’re looking for a 1099 Estimator with a proven track record of successfully pricing large residential new builds and small commercial projects. If you know your way around plans, takeoffs, and scope reviews, let’s talk!
🎯 What You’ll Do:✅ Analyze blueprints, scopes, and plans like a pro
✅ Deliver spot-on estimates for materials, labor, and timelines
✅ Collaborate with GCs, builders, and our internal team to ensure competitive pricing
✅ Prepare winning proposals that lock in profitable projects
✅ Stay ahead of the game with industry trends, material costs, and best practices
🔥 What You Bring to the Table:✔ Experience in estimating residential and commercial painting projects
✔ A sharp eye for detail and a head for numbers
✔ The ability to work independently and crush deadlines
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Familiarity with estimating software (a plus, but not a deal-breaker!)
